How to sign up Confluence without VPN in China

I just created a confluence page in China and I realise its difficult to invite anyone because signup page require loading of Google Recaptcha which doesn't work in China without a VPN connection thus make it difficult to get everyone to join in a China company. Its fine, if everyone has VPN, the question is "How to make it work without asking everyone to have VPN?" One of the option I can think of is to have a default password like "password123" for invited account thus they don't have to go through the signup page, but I couldn't find any option like this in configuration page. Please help.

I am afraid you are running into a limitation of our Cloud offering. Please see: Users from China cannot see image for User Verification (Captcha)

At present there is no workaround such as pre-set passwords to avoid the captcha.
