How to temporarily disable Space Notifications?

I have a lot of content to transfer from a website to Confluence....how can I temporarily disable Space Notifications while updating the content?

Welcome to the community @Cecil Jackson 

This can be done only per user. To achieve this, you would need to:

1. Go to Personal Settings when you click your avatar - needs to be done from Confluence
2. On the left sidebar you will see the option Email
3. When you click it, you will see the Edit option
4. You can toggle off Autowatch, Daily Digest and everything that is below including Real-time updates
5. Click on Submit

When you finish the transfer, do everything but this time enable everything back and click on Submit.

Test it to see if you are starting to receive your notifications back.
