Is there currently a way with macros or a custom programming solution to list out all inline comments on a page, show their status (resolved/not resolved) and link to each one? It's not clear from the macros list that this is possible.
I believe that this would be addressed by: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-36601
A Cloud addon was recently released that would help with this:
Not only do you get a counter at the top to see how many unresolved inline comments are in a page, but you can also click to jump directly to the first comment. You can even search (run a report) to see all unresolved comments filtered by space and/or commenting user. For longer pages, there's also an overview report that shows just the headings and the commented text, so you can get a quick overview of what's on any particular page.

This is in the Cloud version. When you are viewing a page with inline comments, there are two icons related to these comments, one of which includes the count. This one refreshes the page before displaying the unresolved comments so not as quick to view them as the other icon (no count). Both display the unresolved comments and you can select the up/down arrows to navigate between inline comments.
It would be nice to be able to have inline comments that have a person tagged show up in a Task Report or the person's tasks.

Hi @Kevin Kell1 ,
Talk - Advanced Inline Comments for Confluence app has a feature called Talk Report.
It helps to see all inline comments made on a specific page and/or space and see in it the following data:
You can check the status for the comment and then, by pressing the Page column, you find yourself right on this comment.

Hello!
You can also refer to https://marketplace.atlassian.com/1219786 plugin to form the table of comments (from other pages and descendents).
Thank you
