I am trying to unsuscribe from a paid app, and when I click on "Cancel subscription", it tells me to make a ticket to the support:
It followed the different steps and created the ticket... Atlassian replied to the ticket by telling me that I had to click on "Cancel subscription" (exactly what I did)... and now they are taking ages to reply, and on every documentation I read it seems that I should be able to unsuscribe from an app myself.
Do anyone know if there is a way to unsuscribe without asking support ? It would be really helpfull :)

Not much you can do. I would add the screenshot to your open support ticket and tell them that is what you see when you click cancel subscription.
