How to update URL entry in manifest

Hi,

I need to update the URL mentioned in manifest as it is not updated with current URL. Can anyone tell me how to edit/update the URL? I Need to do this for Fisheye Crucible, Confluence and Stash.

when I checked http://<applicationURL>/rest/applinks/2.0/manifest, the URL I providing is different than URL mentioned under 'outboundAuthenticationTypes'. Due to this I am not able to establish tracebility between applications using Application Links.
