I want to edit the group name in confluence, So how can I edit the group names?

I am not able to see edit option in the confluence user management.

Hello there,

Unfortunately, it's currently not possible to rename groups. There is a feature request as you can see on JRA-1391, which you can vote and comment in order to increase its visibility. Please refer to Implementation of New Features Policy for further information regarding how Atlassian handles feature requests.
