How to use IFTTT macro to create a new page

This is Chandini here and I am new to this community.

I'm trying to build a web form to track the various deployments being done in a given environment. 

There is no action being performed for create Page in IFTTT macro

Are you talking about ConfiForms and it's ConfiForms IFTTTs macros?
