How to view, edit and directly change ConfiForms entry through links

I have created a ConfiForms form to manage the rentals of training cases, which works great.

There I create ICS files to remind users at calculated dates about certain actions like "confirm the reservation" or "ship the training case".

Now I would like to add links to the ICS files to

1. View the related entry
2. Edit the related entry
3. Change the status of the "State" field to "confirmed"
4. Change the status of the "State" field to "canceled"

just to make it easier for the less experienced user.

Is there a way to achive this?

thanks for the fast reply and links.

I was able to create the links to view and edit entire entries, but did not find a way to directly change a field value with a link.

Is there any possibility to do so?

CoPilot suggested to call an IFTTT function but I did not get this working:

That is not quite right

I you want to create links that update a certain field then I believe the REST API call is the right way to do it https://wiki.vertuna.com/spaces/CONFIFORMS/pages/70582777/ConfiForms+Server+REST+API+version+1#ConfiFormsServerRESTAPIversion1-UpdateConfiFormsFieldvaluebyfilter

But the preferable way (for non-automation) is to do it in Confluence

If so and you still need further personalization help, I would open a ticket to the vendor. As this is a paid app, they can provide assistance and really are the best placed to do this, being the experts on the tool.

Yes, I was following the documentation and am able to create and send ICS files.
