How to white label a cloud Confluence space?

We are considering using Confluence Cloud as the content manager for our publicly accessible help pages.

However, we don't want to have the help pages following a url pattern that contains "confluence" and our Space key ie.

https://ourappname.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/IN/pages/3299226/Page+Name

What we would is something like:

https://ourappname.com/help/Page+Name

Question:

Is there a common solution for achieving this result?

Hi, Alex.

I'm afraid we can't have custom URL for Atlassian Cloud.

We do have some open feature requests that will allow you to change the existing name and also create a custom URL that I'll include below:

Please be sure to watch it, and vote on it, so that you're notified if this is implemented in a future release. For your reference, you can find our policy on how we prioritise feature and improvement requests at this page. You can also add a comment to the feature request to explain your specific use-case to the developers.
