We've recently launched a beta program for IP allowlisting that's available for Confluence, Jira Software, and Jira Service Desk Cloud Premium customers and evaluators. Thank you for contacting us about this. It's not possible to manage access to your Confluence Cloud site by restricting IP addresses.

We do have a feature request for this below:

• CLOUD-2636 Allow customers to configure IP whitelist

It's currently under future consideration. A product manager has left their contact details on the description of this feature request. Please feel free to use that in order to get in touch with the team and provide more details on how you would use such a feature.
