Help! Our IT specialist downloaded this template, https://www.atlassian.com/software/confluence/templates/team-homepage, and installed it on our server but it looks nothing like the page when I tried it out on my cloud account, e.g., no columns, color scheme is different, etc.
It's probably a css issue but I don't know where to start. In our server, I can get to the stylesheet under "lok-n-feel" but on the cloud, the stylesheet is not there for me to copy.
Thank you in advance for any pointer.

Hello @Tien Doan !
As I understand, the template does not look like what is represented in the template information page.
I tried the template in my Confluence Cloud site and it looks like the expected:
With this in mind, I would like to ask you a few questions:
- How did you copy the template into your site?
- Did you try the template in your Cloud site or into a Confluence Server instance?
Also, would it be possible for you to share some screenshots of how the template looks like on your Confluence? Just be sure not to disclose any sensitive information. The community is an open space and everyone can see everything.
Looking forward to your reply.
Good morning, thanks for looking into this. I am the IT specialist referenced by Tien. I copied these templates by clicking edit from the cloud template and copying and pasting this into a new template on the datacenter confluence. My understanding is that there is not a way to export cloud templates to datacenter confluence; is this correct or is there a way to do this?

Hello @Tom L and @Tien Doan !
Now I get what happened, thank you very much for explaining it further.
The template you have referenced was created using our New Editor that we call Fabric. Fabric is our now default editor for templates in Confluence Cloud and also for the creation of pages. Our Legacy Editor, called tinyMCE, is still available but solely for the purpose of creating new pages, not templates.
The current situation in server is completely different. In Server and Data Center tinyMCE is still the default editor for both Pages and Templates. Currently there are no plans of implementing Fabric for Server and Data Center.
With different editors, copying templates from Cloud into Server or the other way around may not work as expected because they are very different editors, as you have noticed.
For further reference, you can check some documentation from us:
For short:
It is not possible to have a template in Server that looks exactly like the new templates in Cloud. We can have a similar one, but not a carbon copy.
I hope this helps.
