I am unable to add the Confluence Cloud app to Teams. Is there any fix for this?

Hello all, 

When I try to add the Confluence cloud app (or the Jira Cloud app) to a team in Microsoft Teams, it loads the card to 'Review Permissions'. After reviewing and accepting permissions in the oauth style pop-up for Microsoft Teams, nothing happens except the Review Permissions option reloads in the 'Add Confluence Cloud' pop up.

Does anybody know if this is a common issue or any fix for this?

Hi @David Leonhardt Thank you for your message. I think I have found a fix over the weekend. It works for me.

1. Remove all tabs you have created in any Team teams.

2. In the main Teams Apps tabs on the left pane, select 'Apps' and add Confluence Cloud universally for Teams. 

3. Log in when prompted (this log in works)

4. Add tabs to teams in which you require the use of Confluence

Hope it works for you as well.

I had the same experience in my environment. Previously I had been able to connect it.
