I can not insert a database into my confluence space. Not when I use the '+' button, or when I use /

I can not insert a database into my confluence space. Not when I use the '+' button, or when I use /database. 

 

Can somebody explain how to enable this feature?

Your admin will need to turn them on under the New Features menu under settings.
