I can't add an emoji in Confluence

The button "choose file" is gray and I cannot click to select an image.

Enter a name for the emoji and then it will allow you to proceed in adding it.

May I know the Confluence version you are using? As you see inline my screenshot,  option is not showing up. Alternatively, please check with your site administrator who manages enable/disable options.

I'm one of the site administrator. 

I have found the problem, you should give the emoji a name before clicking in "Choose file"
