I can't customize blueprint for my space.

I am a space administrator, but I can't customize blueprint templates for the spaces I am an administrator of. I can not see Space tools button of the sidebar so I can not edit any blueprint in me space.

Should I do something to make this button visible?

If Confluence is Server instance - you need system admin permissions, as Blueprints are system option not a space..
