I can't download an app from Marketplace

Every time i try to download this free app i get a message that says: You'll get notification when it's installed ..but I never get the notification and the Try it free button displays again.

:( help me please

@Angela Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Have you tried a different browser or clearing your browser's cache?  If that does not work let me know and I can escalate it to Atlassian.
