I can't find the space attachment macro. Does anyone know what I may be doing wrong?

When I go to add a macro, I do not see space attachment as an option even though the Atlassian blog says I should be able to add it. Any suggestions?

@Bobbi Jo Shortt - It seems the macro is intentionally excluded from the new editor.
