I can't log into Confluence as any user

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Hi all.
We lost the ability to log into confluence using domain accounts and the built-in administrator.
When I try to log in using a domain account, I get an error: incorrect login or password
When I try to log in as an local administrator, an error appears about the need to enter a CAPTCHA, if I enter a CAPTCHA, I still cannot log in and receive the same error. Attached is a screenshot of my error.
Tell me how I can solve the problem and what logs I can see to debug?
