I can't log into my confluence account

I can't get into my confluence. An error occurs in the screenshot. The password and login from the account are exactly correct. Please tell me what could be the problem

Hi @Валерий 

You tried to logon with the wrong details to many times. Your Confluence admin needs to probably reset your login count in Confluence user management.

Or there is a DB issue.
