I can't make it to use the issue collector in confluence

Hi, 

I want to create an issue from within my confluence page. For this I created an issue collector in jira, copied the html code in the html for confluence cloud makro. Unfortunately I can't see any result. 

I checked that the the space is connected with the jira project

Any ideas on that?
