I couldn't find a slack integration

Hi everyone

I tried to integrate confluence with slack, so read the official document (https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/use-slack-and-confluence-together/) and tried to integrate them. However, I couldn't find any menu about slack integration on ... mark, and I also couldn't find slack integration tab on Space settings > integrations(which I could find on another confluence space). Is there anything I missed? Do I have to subscribe confluence?

It sounds as though the Slack connector app is not enabled in your Confluence site. Let's check that out!

From the Manage Apps page in Jira, can you change the dropdown to "All Apps" and filter for Slack, then click the Configure button:

On this page is a toggle - you'll want to ensure it is toggled on for the connector to be enabled:

If it's toggled off, then this is the issue and toggling it on should resolve it for you! Otherwise, please let me know if you encounter a different error.
