I created a child for a parent and i want to move some items from the parent page to the child page. How do I handle the move?

If you are talking about content then you will just need to copy and paste.  

If you need to move pages the easiest way is to just reorder the content.  This can be done if you are a space admin by going to space settings -> under manage pages select reorder pages.  Here you can just drag and drop the pages you want to move under the new child page.  

If you are not a space admin you can move each individual page by selecting move under each page's settings (three dots in the upper right-hand corner of each page).
