I'd like to create a community of Confluence users which plugin is best?

I have looked at "Questions" and "FAQ" and "Community Questions". I like the look of Questions and it seems to go what I want, but it has bad reviews. Can anyone suggest a plugin? Or is there a way of doing this in Confluence?
