how do I delete this account it want let me delete I did everything it said to do and still can’t delete

Login to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/account-preferences and click Delete at the bottom of the page. 

Please note: When you delete your account, you lose access to Atlassian account services, and Atlassian will permanently delete your personal data. You can cancel the deletion within 14 days.
