I have a calendar on a page, but Users do not see "Watch"

Users are trying to Watch the calendar, but the option is not there.  I can see the option in Calendars for other Spaces, but why can't they see mine?

There are two ways to see a calendar with on a Confluence page.  One is to view the calendar directly and the other is to place the Team Calendars macro on an existing page.

If you are viewing the calendar page directly, you will not see a Watch option in the upper right.  You can also tell that you are viewing this type of page because the favicon in your browser tab will look like a little calendar.

If you are viewing this type of page, the way to watch is to to select the three dots next to the calendar name and choose the Watch option from the dropdown.
