I have been given create/edit permissions by admin but I still cannot create

Hi There,

My admin has given me create/edit/move page in our shared group. I have the same rights as my colleagues but only I cannot create/edit/move page. Both myself and my admin dont know what to do. Any suggestions or reasons this might be happening please.

Start with a look at the space permissions. 

The "owners" of a space can do this with you (I think the "owner" of a space is "any non-system admin who has admin rights over the space"), as can your system admins.

How are you named as a user who can use the space (view), and create/edit pages?  Are you named explicitly as a single account, or are you in one or more of the groups with those rights?

Thanks for pointing out the issues to check. My admin had missed some options.
