I'm not able to add an image to the Confluence page.

Today I was trying to add images or files to my Confluence space, but when I click to add a file or image, nothing happens. This was working perfectly fine yesterday. I have tried different browsers, rebooting my laptop, clearing cookies, and using incognito mode, but the issue persists. I am the administrator of the space and have all the necessary permissions, including adding attachments.

I am located in India.

Sounds like you have followed all the steps I would recommend.  It's also suspicious that this is the second report of someone not being able to upload images in a short span of time.  The only extra step I would do is try from another laptop, seems overkill tho. 

I tested on my instance and was able to add images, so it's not a system-wide issue, however, maybe it's an issue that is slowly being rolled out...
