I keep receiving emails, with the subject: "[Action Required] Jump back in to Confluence to keep your subscription".
But the Confluence URL it talks about has been removed or transferred to someone else long time ago. When I now log into my account (with the same email, to which I receive this notification email) from the link in this email, it says my email doesn't have access to Confluence on URL-here. So, it doesn't even show anything related to this domain.
I go to billing page and there is no Confluence product with the URL mentioned in the "Action Required" email..
So, why do I keep receiving emails about "Action Required" for the product, to which I don't even have an access?

Your email may be listed as a billing contact on that subscription, even if you don't have access to the content of the Confluence site.
If you have concerns about that, I recommend that you contact the Billing support team through this page:

From my experience Action Required is a legit email from Atlassian pointing that you need to renew the subscription.
