I need access to a wiki page

Hi.  I have a wiki page with restrictions (I can create child pages, but I can't delete them). The one who created the page is no longer an Adobe employee. I'm the one managing this page. 

How can I get full access?

You can get access if your confluence system administrator grants you the appropriate rights.
