I need to find a page that the error is telling me already exists, how do I do that? I'm guessing someone else created the page, but I cannot find the page within Confluence at all.

It sounds like you are trying to create a page, but there is already a page with that title in your space. Page title must be unique within a space. If you want to find the page that already exists you can use the search feature to find it. If you are on a self-hosted version of Confluence certain older versions had a bug that would not let you create a page if there was a page with the same title in the space trash. So, if you are on an older version of Confluence and cannot find the page via search there might be one in the space trash bin with the same title.
