I not get any BAckup in Confluence

Hello ,

if i go to Backup & Restore . I not get any Backup !

i click on Export. Nothing happens.

i also not get any Data in /var..../backups.

i also set this to true

I think you are trying to a full site export manually. This process can take time. Is it a very large site?

Could you please check this guide also and check the option of cleaning temporary directory as suggested if required - https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/manually-backing-up-the-site-152405.html?
