Hello @Yui Tanaka ,
Confluence gives an option to edit the sidebar in terms of what would you like to see on the sidebar: Overview, Blog, Automation...etc.
Now, as I can see from the image this is related to the "Content" option, where you can create a page and then you can create a page tree and it will be displayed similarly to the wiki (excluding the styling).
BR,
Nikola
Hello
Thanks for the reply.
The goal is to make the sidebar easier to see.
The number of pages created in the contents has increased, and the directory structure has become more complex. Therefore, I would like to create an easy-to-read genre and layout like the wiki.

Hello,
In order to organise your content, you can make a page tree like this:
Bear in mind that "Back-End" and "Templates" are empty pages. This is how it is possible to create in Confluence. Back-End and Templates are examples.

Nikola
