I want to take the backup of existing spaces in confluence v5.3 without exporting the space dump.

Is there any way to take the backup of all spaces in confluence v5.3 without using its UI i.e without exporting space deump from UI?

You can export spaces from the command line using the rest api. Or use the Bob Swift CLI tools to perform that action.
