I want to update the confluence of my company, but I think this has a great importance, maybe the previous person in my position has generated it, but first I do not know if it is a direct error.

I think I would first start to look at your plugins in the Confluence instance. It feels like there is one that is out of date or conflicting with another.

It's probably something you want to do off hours but you can try disabling the user apps one by one to see if it resolves that.

Also, before you try the upgrade, make sure you use the link in the "App Manager" that is named "Upgrade Check" to make sure all the apps you have will make the leap to the new version.
