I wanted to get a set of Epic links using issue filter in Confiforms

1. I wanted to use the GET API call under App Link Service, but quite unsure how do i project the data under certain attributes using the issue filter which I have created.
2. Just wanted to list all the EPICs which come under a certain criteria 
3. would be of great help if you could give me  a certain solutionor a doc to refer to add an attribute and how to store value in it

But which uses a Jira search API to list the necessary epics
