Icon in user macro Confluence 5.4

I just started making very simple macros for confluence.

I have a couple working without problem.

However, I ran into a problem. When I use the Icon URL in the Edit User Macro screen the macro placeholder no longer displays the macro name and parameters in the editor.

I ensured the image was an 80px x 80px PNGto match the other Macro Icons but I cannot get this to work.

Is there something I am missing?

Hi, have you checked that the image is still available at that same URL?
