Identify account admin

Hi! I'm looking to add an app to a confluence page, but seems like I need the admin to do that for me. We're a huge company... what's the easiest way to identify who the admin is? :/

   You will have to ask the IT department of your company, they will provide you with the name or names of the administrators of your Confluence.
 

   Also if you need to install an app, you can request it from Confluence itself and the administrator will receive a notification
