Identify all pages with broken JQL

Ramajayam Iyer May 21, 2020

Hello,

We are using Confluence Server and have lots of pages which reference JIRA issues. The JQL in some of the pages are erroneous and some URL links are broken.

Is there any out of box macro or addon software which can help us identify these pages?

Any other recommendations are also welcome.

Thanks

Ram

@Ramajayam Iyer

Initially, I would recommend taking a look at the macro usage statistics.

Confluence administrators can check how often each macro is used in your site.

To see how often a macro is used, go to  > General Configuration  > Macro Usage.  This lists how often each macro is used in current spaces but doesn't include any macros used on pages in archived spaces or macros provided by disabled apps.

You will definitely find add-ons or even user macros that help you to get these pages but you should be able to identify your pages if you're using macros that refer to the Jira issues.

Cheers,

IL.

Thanks for the reply.

This helps identifying the pages with Macros.

I am looking for a solution to identify pages with JQL errors.

Thanks

Would you be able to provide some screenshots on the pages with JQL errors?
