If I do not want certain users and users of a group not able to see people directory and not able to search for people. How to do that?

I have given access to some external users. I do not want them to see people directory of all internal users of confluence.

It is not possible to disable the people directory for certain groups of users for Confluence Cloud. You can request for support - https://support.atlassian.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/23 to remove the link all together if there is a privacy concern.
