Image Issue while importing word document
hi all,
I am having issue with graphics while importing a word document. In normal case image are imported and displayed properly. The issue is if the same graphic exist in different chapters. As an example I have a simple word document with two chapters & two graphics (as in the screenshot below). Please note that the second image is also is in Chapter 2.
When i try to import this document with 'Split by Heading' then the image in Chapter 2 is not displayed (Unknown Attachment). It is not the issue with the image. i tried with various image. seems like while Importing confluence identifies that the image is already imported (in previous page) but then fails to create link to that image. in the first page (Chapter 1) there are two attachments but none in Chapter 2.
what could be the issue? will appreciate any help.
