Image Map disappear when exported to PDF

For each page, when viewing in Scroll viewport, users can click a PDF button to export the page to PDF.

The pages export successfully apart from the ImageMaps, they don't appear at all. I expected at least the image would be shown, but it was not. I've attached a screenshot of where I had an interactive ImageMap of a toolbar, but it is shown as a line.

Please can you look into this asap as my clients really need the user guide.
