Image Properties/Effects not displayed when Published (only in edit view)

Hello Confluence Community!

Dealing with a bug/glitch where the effects you can apply to images (image properties) are not displaying when published. We've tried this with multiple users and in various spaces, so it seems to be happening across the whole company.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Hi Ryan,

1. Can you tell us, does this occur on all images or only certain images? 
2. Which version of Confluence are you using?

Hi Shannon,

This is impacting all images and I believe we are on the cloud version.

Is there a more specific version number I can find for you?

@Ryan Giordano - Apologies for not responding. During that time we were having issues with our email notifications so I didn't see that you had responded.

@Drew Nedderman - there are two issues I see right now regarding image effects in Cloud

• CONFCLOUD-57906 - Image effects are causing images not to render at all
• CONFCLOUD-52553 - Image effects applied to images that have been resized are not rendering

Can you both let me know if one of these is the case with your images?
