Image banner macro does not display properly

Hi there,

We've implemeted some formatting with the image banner macro which was displaying well up until this week.  Now when I look at the page, there is an error message where the banner should be which states, "Failed to construct 'URL': Invalid URL".  I tried removing and re-adding the macro to the page with the same error display (as attached below).  

 

How can we resolve this issue? Thanks in advance!

Are you using a 3rd party app for that banner?

Hi @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ and thanks for the warm welcome! 

 

We are not using a third-party for the banner.  We've just used Confluence's image banner macro.  They've been displaying well for many weeks and now they are not with the error I mentioned.  Any thoughts on how we can resolve this? Thanks in advance!

Can you please paste the edit view of the macro, as well as an image of when you select it? Can't find any macro with that name in both cloud and on prem instances.

@Sarah Kamulski as discussed here with @Natálie , since this macro is from a 3rd party vendor, you should contact then directly.

Hi @Natálie we did not find a solution yet.  I was hoping posting on here would give more clarity as to what's happening and how we can resolve it. Hoping someone here may be able to help.  If there's a solution, I'll be sure to flag it for you.
