Hello everyone,
I have problems with uploading large images. This Server is used as a test environment for migrating our OneNote documentation to the Confluence Server. I can convert OneNote files to doc, docx, mht and others. Our OneNote files are filled with large images most of time. So I tried to import the converted files and everytime i get the following error message:
Das Dokument konnte nicht importiert werden. Es enthält ein Bild mit der Größe 2112 x 996, die die maximale Größe 900 x 1200 überschreitet. Reduzieren Sie die Größe des Bildes, oder wenden Sie sich an Ihren Administrator, um die Größenbeschränkung erhöhen.
I don't know how good your german is, but it means that the image limitation is overwritten. Contact the admin or change the size of the image.
As admin I don't find any option to change the limit. Except the size(which is 100MB and my files are not even 10MB).
I hope you can understand my problem and help me fix it.
Maybe try to convert the OneNotes to html?
Kind regards
Hi everyone,
I solved my problem. I just went to Configurations -> Office Connector. There i was able to set the size of the images.
Thanks for your help anyways
Lucas

i also get this message when i try to import a word doc with images
Could not import document. The document contains an image of size 7,434,580 x 4,305,300, which exceeds the maximum size of 900 x 1,200. Reduce the size of the image or contact your administrator to raise the size limit.
i assume 900x1,200 is pixels ?
none of my images are that size

@Lucas E. Since you have mentioned that the size is not up to 100 MB and you still have the error, Now you would need to check from the server side. Reverse proxy ( i.e i use nginx instead of apache as my reverse proxy and you can limit the size of attachment from the reverse proxy configuration. Now do you have HTTPS enabled?
