Images Duplicating when I edit description

Whenever I edit this card with 2 screenshot in it, the images duplicate and it is exponential. I click the text to edit the card and when I click save, even without changing anything, it shows some text duplicated along with the images, the wiring: text is duplicated along with the images with a \ and an enter in between the images.  here is an example:

is this a known bug?

Are you using some macro for this? Specifically, are we talking about some Marketplace app?

I haven't seen this UI (might be a bit confusing as it's not in English), but I've never seen this Power-Ups part 👀

Official Cards macro looks quite different here, so that's why I'm asking.

I haven't used Macro's before, so I dont think it is that. What I am doing is just making a card, opening the card and editing the description. I make a screenshot with my macbook and I copy and paste it into the description. then I click save description, and then it's duplicated.

From what I'm seeing here, I would say this is definitely some kind of Marketplace app. I'm just not sure which one it is.

What I am doing is just making a card, opening the card and editing the description. 

When you say you make/create card, can you maybe share steps on how you do it? Screenshots would help to analyze this further.
