when creating an article in Confluence images are missing after posting it. I can see the images but when I give URL to others they are unable to see images.
I have checked with colleagues that this action is also not visible for other users.
Hi @Ashish Gupta and welcome,
did u upload images as attachment? If so all other users should be able to see them. I'm thinking that you applied to your page something linked to your local pc.
Hope this helps,
Fabio
@Ashish Gupta as defined in this answer, we need to figure out how the images have been uploaded to confluence page. Images should be uploaded as attachment so that all the other confluence user can see them.
Hope this clarifies,
Fabio

Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_
We all are using Edge Browser, I would ask team members to clear cache and would share the outcomes with you.
Just one thing isn't it possible if we copy content from other page or word document all images can be added in Confluence page ? Kinldy check and confirm.
Thanks,
Ashish

Hi @Fabio Racobaldo _Catworkx_
We have followed below steps
1. Copied content from Azure Wiki pages to confluence page ( Create Tab) and saved.
2. Reopen page and validated, everything was fine.
3. Asked team members to validate it, few members are able to see images, and few are not able to see.
4. Created new page and tried to add image from local drive & uploaded. post saving the page validated, everything was fine.
5. Asked team members to validate it, few members are able to see images and few are not able to see.
Not sure if we are missing any point.
Thanks,
Ashish

hey @Ashish Gupta ,
if someone can see them and other not is not an application issue but it seems a client issue. Please ensure that user use a supported browser (https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/supported-browsers-for-atlassian-cloud-products/) and ask them to clean the broser cache and try again.
Hope this solves,
Fabio
