We are trying to migrate from an older on prem to the cloud. Our on prem is version is 6.5.2 and is newer than the expected 6.1.4 but we are still failing the import with the following error.

Note: If I do a subset of the space, it fails fairly quickly but if I do the whole space, I get about 75% before failing

We are testing in our trail org but I confirmed it also happens in our new standard version.

We can't import your file because it's from an old server version. Please use the Cloud Migration Assistant for Confluence or upgrade your server version to 6.14 or later before retrying.

Hi @james.cox2

You need to upgrade the server to the minimum recommended version 6.13 to have the migration supported with CCMA

Please refer to the documentation here

https://support.atlassian.com/migration/docs/use-the-confluence-cloud-migration-assistant-to-migrate

Thanks,
Pramodh

I'm looking at this as a decimal number not a version :-)

Thanks
