Import all linked images as attachments

Hi everyone

We're running a trial of Confluence Server 6.9.1 to evaluate its potential as a replacement for our KBPublisher knowledgebase.

We're intending to import all the pages as HTML to Confluence and use a global find-replace to update the links between the articles. That's all fine, however...

The old articles use linked images in HTML, and these images remain linked to the image repository on the old knowledgebase server.

Does anyone know of a script of add-in that will globally take linked images, add them as attachments and modify the image to the attachment? Effectively I'm looking for a linked image auto-importer.
