Import word doc error

I am trying to import a word document and when I try it navigates to the file and when I select and click import, it doesn't popup a dialog about headings but merely starts importing the entire word document as one file . I am using cloud.

Hey @Rahul ,

So the popup dialogue options should appear when you select on the specific word file when importing to confluence (as seen here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/import-a-word-document-into-confluence-170493136.html )

I'd suggest to re-attempt to see if that popup appears once more & if not, then I'd contact Atlassian support as this feature should be okay?
