In Confluence Cloud down?

None of my drafts will launch - endless spinning giving the appearance that the page is attempting to load - yet nothing happens.  

No errors occur - just page loading.  I left it running approximately 7 minutes - no errors occurred or timeouts.  

JIRA is working fine - issues only happening within Confluence.  

Restarted laptop and cleared cache / cookies - still not working correctly.

I was having the same issue this morning so it's likely a performance problem is on their end. Tried again after lunch and seems to be running a bit faster now.
